Standard orders are processed within 5 business days after payment confirmation.
For bulk or large orders, processing times may vary based on the order size and customization requirements. In such cases, we will provide an estimated processing time upon order confirmation.

Delivery times vary based on the chosen shipping method and destination. Bulk orders may require additional transit time due to size and weight.
Delays: We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, customs, or other circumstances beyond our control.
Return & Exchange Policy
Eligibility: Returns are not accepted for personalized or custom-engraved items, as these are made to order and uniquely crafted for each customer.
Exceptions: In the rare case that a personalized item is defective or damaged upon arrival, please contact us within 10 days of delivery with photos of the issue to arrange for a replacement or refund.
Refund Process: Refunds for defective or damaged items will be issued to the original payment method.
Return Shipping Costs: For any eligible returns (non-personalized items), the customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.
